Returns

We want you to love your purchases and feel great wearing them. If not, we will gladly provide a store credit just as long as it meets the following conditions:

1. Your return is received by us within 14 days from the date of the goods were originally delivered to you.
2. It is in the same condition as you received it and returned with original packaging - with swing tags attached, free of stains, unwashed and free of perfume.
4. Non-returnable items: Sale items, earrings and accessories (due to health reasons) and gift vouchers.

Store credits are valid for 6 months.


FAULTY ITEMS:

We inspect all items prior to shipping to maintain a high level of quality control. However in the unlikely event that you do receive a faulty item, please email our customer service team at hello@voandco.com.au with photos and your order number.

FREE RETURNS** - if you pay via PayPal you may be eligible to have your return shipping refunded! See Paypal website for details. 

All return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable by Vo and Co. Please use a trackable postage option. Once your return has been received, a store credit note excluding shipping costs (if applicable) will be emailed to you within 2 working days.
